The Chuck E Cheese Incident

When I was a little kid probably around 5 or 6, My grandparents and I went to Florida. We did all the usual tourist things like go to Disney World and the beach but the thing that sticks out the most is what happened at Chuck E Cheese. We went there simply for dinner and to let me run around in the playground like kids do. Unfortunately, I was the type of kid who loved to impress anyone and everyone. What added even more to me wanting to impress people was that there was a cute girl there who kept looking at me. Yes even at 5 or 6, I was into girls. There was this large slide there and while all the other kids are doing the normal thing sliding down like it is the best thing ever, I decide to climb up onto the slide.
Of course, there was no one watching besides the teenager in the Chuck E Cheese costume being bombarded by the other little kids. What I decide to after climbing up this thing wasn't even somewhat normal like maybe walking down the slide. No, I decide to jump onto the net that is hanging over the ball pit. I wish it was a simple miss and me hitting something else. No, I made it just barely. Just enough that my foot would go through the net and I start dangling over the side like the most helpless kid ever. This stupid stunt would cause me to sprain my ankle and because of the pain and feeling helpless, I start to cry. My grandma rushes over to help me but my grandpa on the other hand is busting out laughing saying words of wisdom like "that's what you get" and "That's how you impress the girls crying for your grandma". Obviously, my grandfather wasn't the person I went to for sympathy.
